The Brief
This education window installation in Newham involved supplying and installing 44 new windows and frames in an outer building and replacing the outdated and damaged originals. Key challenges included:

The Solution
Our Edu-Glass System windows are designed with Optiwhite low-iron toughened glass on the external pane, offering superior clarity and durability. The specifications of these windows include:
- U Value – 1.3, indicating excellent insulation properties
- Solar Factor Value – 0.75, ensuring effective solar heat gain reduction
- Air Leakage – 0.00, guaranteeing airtightness
The above features ensure that the windows meet high standards for energy efficiency and durability, comply with relevant regulations and upgrade the building’s performance.
Additionally, the Edu-Glass System incorporates advanced safety features. The dynamic and controllable window hinges restrict the windows to a specific angle, ensuring safety for students inside and pedestrians outside. For staff convenience, a controllable button allows the windows to open fully when necessary, combining safety with flexibility.
The Process
